We, Jaunty and Yeoman Prado, have founded the group Cantos del Pueblo together with some other students of the San Marcos university in Lima/Peru in 1987. Die group plays own and traditional compositions on original instruments from the people of the Andes.

We present pieces of music with quiet, peaceful and contemplative sounds, but there are also cheerful and sprightly melodies in our repertory.

 Cantos del Pueblo means Chants of people.
